ACADEMIC SERVICES — PRODUCT, PLATFORM, OPERATIONS
Research Scholars
The brief
Research Scholars turns the most common support question—“Where is my work?”—into a product state that clients can see for themselves.
Every engagement needed an order reference and milestone state visible on demand across theses, dissertations, journal manuscripts and Scopus submissions. The state had to be clear enough that asking for an update became the exception.

THE TRACKER
Each engagement exposes its current milestone, completed work, next action and update date. The system already knew the answer to most status requests; the product’s job was to make that answer legible.

FOUR ROUTES IN
Theses, dissertations, journal manuscripts and Scopus submissions run on different timelines and expectations. Each route has its own intake and milestone set rather than inheriting one generic pipeline with different labels.

THE REFERENCE
One identifier follows an engagement through intake, production, delivery and support. It appears on every screen, document and message so the client and operator are always discussing the same object.

SUBMISSION SUPPORT
Journal-specific requirements live beside the manuscript. Formatting choices are made before submission rather than discovered after rejection, giving the highest-stakes route the clearest operating surface.
